Our air conditioning went down in a 85-90° week. TAG was able to send someone that day! A young technician named Mario came. He was prompt, friendly, professional. He fixed the problem and explained exactly what had happened and what he did to remedy the problem! As I told him at the time, if there was a 1-5 star rating, I would definitely give him at least 6! Can’t say enough good things about our experience.

We have used TAG at our former home in Shirley and have continued with TAG here at our Lunenburg home. All services experienced over the years, every employee encountered for services, including office staff and the Chimney division shows the professionalism that the TAG Team provides to its customers! We used TAG for PM services on our mini-splits for the first time and services provided by Mario were outstanding both in service, clean-up and response to our questions!
