We moved into a new house late last summer and we were getting an error on our thermostat for the central air. We called NE Heating and Cooling a few weeks ago to come take a look and our condenser ended up having to be replaced. The original install was a mess and between Robert and Ralph they were able to make sense of everything, get us up and running, and replace some duct work. We primarily worked with Robert and would hire him again without hesitation. He’s an extremely hard worker and incredibly knowledgeable!

I'm thankful that Ralph stuck with us over several visits to fabricate new pipes, then painstakingly tune up our steam heating system. He was generous with his time and fixed our troublesome radiators so they no longer knock and leak. 5 stars!Services: Heating system maintenance

My heating system failed in the middle of a bad cold spell and I found this company while looking for emergency service. I worked with Robert and had a really good experience. It ended up being a complicated repair but Robert was patient, respectful and really went the extra mile to get it working properly.
