We moved into a new house late last summer and we were getting an error on our thermostat for the central air. We called NE Heating and Cooling a few weeks ago to come take a look and our condenser ended up having to be replaced. The original install was a mess and between Robert and Ralph they were able to make sense of everything, get us up and running, and replace some duct work. We primarily worked with Robert and would hire him again without hesitation. He’s an extremely hard worker and incredibly knowledgeable!

It ended up being a complicated repair but Robert was patient, respectful and really went the extra mile to get it working properly.
