Just a few days after I contacted, he was able to come out, arrive on schedule, and take his time to finish the task. He kept us informed as he repaired our carpets, and his attention to detail was really amazing. Give Ernie a call if you need carpet repair; I strongly suggest it.

Chris, who assisted us throughout the process, provided exceptional support and displayed extensive expertise. The installation itself was executed to perfection, thanks to the two courteous and professional individuals involved. Reflecting upon our experience, we regret not having engaged their services a few years ago when we had carpet installed in our basement.
