Needed foundation repair that was causing a wet basement. Paul came out quickly to do an estimate and then said he could do the work right then and there. His quoted price was significantly less than a quote from a larger company that gave me an estimate over the phone. He repaired the problem quickly and professionally and did a thorough inspection of the rest of the foundation as well. I recommend Gold Seal Waterproofing highly. It is clear that Paul takes pride in his work and does an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Highly recommended. Paul was able to visit my home and provide a very reasonable quote within a day. Work was completed in one day the following week. I had a rough, uncovered sump basin and pump needed upgrade. Paul replaced pump and installed an enlarged, covered sump basin. The cover is exactly what I needed to aid in my overall radon mitigation efforts. The new unit is incredibly quiet and has been working great.
