Dylan was amazing and professional. I will admit that I was worried when I received a pic of him, he needs to update his pic lol. He looked so young and Inexperienced. What a surprise! So cordial and knowledgeable. He was thorough, explained everything, and hid diagnostics were on key.
Rob was great. Very professional. Pulled off an incredibly tricky shower install with little room to maneuver, unknown tile to cut through, and an ancient original system. Saved us a ton of money that we would have had to lay down to get the shower completely re-tiled. Definitely recommend.
Refrigerator was not electrified. Called in the evening and talked to a very helpful person who arranged for a visit the nrxt morning by two competent service men who quickly determined and fixed the problem. We will call Gervais for all mechanical/electrical issues in the future.
