Everybody's Fitness Center (EFC) is a family-owned business that offers a unique, high-end, and state-of-the-art fitness facility at affordable rates. The club is focused on educating and coaching members on functional movements, nutrition, and lifestyle enhancement, with the goal of helping them achieve their fitness goals. EFC is a clean and safe place to work out, with a wide variety of equipment in like-new condition and a modern, immaculate locker room. The facility has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are friendly and professional. Members can take advantage of programs like Life Warrior Coaching, Tribe Team Training, and personalized training sessions with certified coaches. The club also offers healthy shakes and caffeinated teas during normal business hours. Overall, EFC is a results-oriented club that goes the extra mile to serve its members, providing a supportive and enjoyable fitness experience.
EFC is a clean and safe place to get your workouts in. Three reasons why I like the place: 1. I found consistency here. Personal training is the flavor that works best for me. I do 30 minute sessions 2x/week with Jarrod. 2. Healthy amount of defined space to take a mat, grab an exercise band or just do anything that doesn't require a machine or bench. 3. I occasionally grab a shake or caffeinated tea. They're all good and always available during normal hours (my gripe on other gyms). Realized I never wrote a review, so there it is (finally). Been at the personal training for about 2.5 years and really can't say that about anything else I've tried.
Wide variety of equipment in like-new condition. Locker room is modern and immaculate. Use this facility when visiting family for holidays. Never felt over crowded. Nice extras are worth a mention: good WiFi, phone chargers, 24/7 access.
EFC is very clean and well maintained. The space is aesthetically pleasing and the atmosphere is welcoming. All staff are friendly and professional. Equipment is varied, updated and available. Classes seem to be accessible and challenging. I find the culture of clients is friendly, fun, as well as supportive.
