I worked with this funeral home to pre-plan a funeral service. I worked with Ellie. She was very much a compassionate and professional person who made me feel quite comfortable. She listened and offered where she could to ensure I would have the best services. I very much enjoyed working with her on an otherwise difficult situation. She is in a perfect place to support those in need! I hope all get an opportunity to work with her. Sincerely
Sadly, we have had to engage Britton Wallace Funeral Home twice in the past seven months. In both instances, we were treated with the utmost understanding and care. Ellie and her compassionate team are exceptional. They pay very close attention to detail, are very accommodating and promptly answer any and all questions. They are a pleasure to work with, and took care of everything so that we could focus on grieving and our family.
Our family cannot thank Shannon, Ellie, and their staff for their professional expertise, sincere empathy, and limitless patience in the planning and execution of our Mom's funeral service. Shannon provided various options without judgment and was such a calming, down-to-earth voice during this difficult time.
