I sent an email, asked for a price, got a response in 5 minutes. Was able to bring the phone in the next day. A 45 minute repair. A brand new screen and an extremely happy customer of a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra 5G. The guys were great, I would recommend them to anyone for a quote or a repair. Top notch, professional businessmen. They saved me on 2 occasions from buying a new phone unnecessarily. I was able to have a part replaced that made the phone operate as new for 1/4 of the cost anywhere else . They are my go to for any and all cell phone repairs . Trustworthy and honest and stand by their work . 100 percent recommend them to everyone I know .

My iPhone beeped and then went dark. It appeared dead. I drove 45 minutes to 911 Repair because I've had good experiences in the past, but lived closer then. It was well-worth the trip. They were able to do a soft-boot, which I knew nothing about, and it powered on (issue was likely an Apple software glitch). Most "stores" would have sold me a new phone. Within seconds, the phone was fixed. Well worth the ride! Highly recommend - friendly, honest and knowledgeable.
