After my 94- year- old mother was diagnosed with Dementia, it soon became apparent that she could no longer independently complete her activities of daily living. My wife and I reside 600 miles from my mother's home. I contacted Home Instead and explained my situation to Jan. She immediately placed my mind at ease. Following the timely completion of an in-home needs assessment, Jan coordinated the delivery of recommended in-home services. Home Instead has been taking care of a family member who resides in LifeCare of Raynham for over 2 years. He is 97 years old, in hospice, and failing. Home Instead provides 10 hours of service a day at LifeCare mostly as a companion and to assist as needed. Caregivers Carolyn, Joanne, and Helen are amazing. Home Instead is always there. If someone is sick, they send a replacement. It has been a lifeline for my family.
I have had the pleasure of working with Home Instead, and I highly recommend them. The caregivers they provide for my father are incredibly caring, compassionate, kind and patient.
