Overall great experience. Wait was long but your in and out as their doing diff steps not just sitting there all day waiting. They will also let you wait in the car if you choose and will call you to come in. The wait was to be expected, especially booking only two days ago with only two time slots left available.. In for 8am, left about 1-130pm. They were busy but everything was moving right along. There are protesters, but they stay street side and there are lot attendants to flag you into the lot, you don't get confronted by anyone. Everyone was very quick, kind and sympathetic. I’m more of a get in and get out type of person, so I appreciated the speedy process and not having to sit there long and dwell on things. It was pretty simple and an easy process. Not much to overthink or really stress at all. This is the place you want to go to.
Amazing, caring, professional, I felt safe and taken care of in a most unsafe and frightening time. They educated me provided assistance and medical care. The way they anticipated my needs and the obvious care of every staff I met filled me with gratitude. Thank you all!
