I have had the pleasure of being a client at Baystate 2-3 times for different injuries. It has been a pleasant experience. It is a very friendly atmosphere. The staff work closely together. And everyone is very supportive and positive with the clients. I look forward to my visits. Thank you for providing great care and making an otherwise possibly painful experience a positive one.
