I used Family Pet Vet from the time I rescued my pup in 2022 until 2025 when I moved to Maine. My pup had trust issues and was scared of men and other things. When I brought her to her first appointment she was timid but the vet was awesome with her. My pup was so at ease and continued to be so at every appointment. They are thorough, caring and miracle workers with scared animals. Also, when I called to let them know I'd moved, they emailed my records within 5 minutes. I dread finding a new vet and I appreciate everything Family Pet Bet

Today I had a great experience with my wife. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and informative. Our technician Jill was phenomenal. She was so kind to us, made us laugh and feel very comfortable. Our dog was taken care of with the upmost care and love. She even went the extra mile to answer all of our silly questions. I will request her EVERY time. The pricing was great too. They really seem to care about the local community. I will forever be a customer!!! 5 stars all around!!!!

We recently had to have our sweet baby corgi Lady down, and Athol Family Vets knew when to refer us to the emergency vets in Greenfield who had more diagnostic capabilities for what we needed at the time. They even send us a hand written letter after her passing.
