Everything, from start to finish, was fantastic: the pricing was great, Mike was consistently great at communication, the work was excellent, the crew was respectful and mindful of my property. Moreover, they went above and beyond to ensure that their work was done correctly and minimize any risks to my property, which I felt was in good hands. From start to finish, we had a great experience with Stumpy's Tree Service, and I found their customer service to be excellent (I would like to specifically shout-out Natalie; every interaction I had with her was friendly and helpful, and she always followed through on what she said). From the first meeting and walking through the property together, they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They worked with us on timing of service, they were proactive in communicating, and they were responsive to my calls and follow up.
