James and Will, who came out to service our AC units, were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They cleaned all four condenser units (with water access provided) and replaced all indoor filters. The difference is already noticeable; our space is much cooler and more comfortable.

Children's Dental Specialties had a new AC unit installed, the team that worked on the installation were professional and worked very hard as a team. It was not an easy task to get the unit into our buildings hot attic but they were creative and made it happen. The next day more of Martel's team returned to service the other 2 units. Again, professional and careful to stay out of the way of practice operations. Collin deserves acknowledgement for his superb customer service. Thank you Collin.

I woke up today to no hot water. My condo association said there had been a water main break and that maybe it was dirt in the line. I called Martel and a couple of hours later Luke was outside. It turned out to be a very easy fix but I was so happy to see him. He was very pleasant and professional and it was taken care of quickly.
