Ordered a small project. A week later and one day before service refused to show up and only when I reached out. Did not reach out himself to reschedule, did not reach out in advance so I might find an alternative. Only explained that my project is small and therefore he doesn’t have to honour his prior commitment. Don’t know about his plumbing, but if you have a small project don’t expect him to follow through.
