Great customer service, quality of service, knowledge and reliance! Highly recommend. David Eldridge is such a pleasure, it is not often you meet people who really care about doing a great job for you! Highly recommend.

This goes back about 6 years or so. I had Eldrige replace the drain on my bathtub with a nice brass one. Shortly thereafter, there was a leak below the drain. Opening up the ceiling, I discovered they had cracked an ABS (All Black S---, an old style plastic pipe) doing the install. Eldridge came and looked at and told me they would absolutely not consider it warranty, and I would have to pay them $190 to fix the leak. I did because I was in a desperate situation time wise. If they had provided warranty service and did this 10 minute repair (yes, that's all it took) without charge they would have rated 5 stars. Avoid this business at all costs.
