I really appreciated going to a real electronics craftsman for my iPhone charging problem. I saw his sign driving by the Mill Falls in Ashland and turned in, drove around the back of the big granite building, popped in and had my iPhone fixed while enjoying good conversation with Brendan Cheever, paid a very fair price and was on my way. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review on a Windows 7 computer that I thought for sure would have to be buried. Two big, glitzy places told me they did not work on Windows 7 anything, and I brought the CPU to Brendan as a last resort.When you arrive at 30 Main you think "hole in the wall" but inside is magic! Brendan and his staff are so welcoming that you immediately feel at home. He took a quick look inside the CPU and then most apologetically asked if I could leave it with him. He promised to call me at 5 pm with a verdict.The call came at 4:30. Would I like to have my hard drive moved into another CPU? That way, I wouldn't lose any of my documents or programs. So I said sure.Next morning, I get a text saying the cpu was ready. Turns out that the diagnostic test was faulty, and it was an easy repair. So I received my original CPU back, and I bought a used monitor to go with it. I was expecting a humongous bill, but the price for the repair and the monitor was so reasonable, I felt that I had been given a gift. I highly recommend you check with Brendan Cheever before giving up on your technology. He's an honest man, and if he can't fix it, he'll tell you. I will make him my first stop in anything computerish from now on. He is a miracle worker.
