“Just had a service done on my furnace and, while I cant remember the technician's name, he was absolutely great. He showed me how some things work on my furnace and cleared off my sump pump hose caused he noticed it wasn't draining. He didn't have to do any of those things. Awesome service and a really great technician! Highly recommended!“

“I would like to thank all the staff I recently dealt with at Croteau Plumbing.Donna, Sheila ,Joanne and Jim the plumber. I had a gas furnace installed with them about 20 years ago but never followed up with routine maintenance with them because honestly it didn’t need very much attention. I have a friend plumber who helped me as needed but he recently retired. Well when the colder weather arrived you guessed it….NO Heat. I called Croteau Plumbing and talked to Donna first and she sent out Jim the next day. Unfortunately for me they had to order a part but the following day we had heat again. THANK YOU again team Croteau. I appreciate your support and look forward to doing business in the future.“
“This is the cleanest plumber who has ever come out to my home. He wore overshoes on top of his boots and put down a tarp even though he was only changing faucets and not doing anything very messy. I was missing some parts and he went and got them quickly instead of lollygagging at the supply house eating popcorn. He pinpointed a problem with a supply line in the basement that previous plumbers had not been able to figure out and put on higher quality washer hoses at my request. Everything works great, he came on time, and the price was fair. I hope to use his services for years to come.“
“Chris from Tandem really saved the day. We had a drain in our basement backing up & flooding. Tandem was recommended by the first plumber that came out and wasn't able to fix the issue. He came out the day after we called, discovered the issue, then hooked us up with someone that could cut through the roots in our pipes the next business day. To top it all off, he called the next day to make sure the company he connected us with was able to solve our flooding issue. Incredibly impressed and grateful.“
