“First and foremost if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! After having gone several years without a cut or color I finally decided to take the plunge. I was initially recommended to Anchor salon by a friend. When I reached out the owner Nikki was extremely helpful and professional, and always gave a prompt response. She took the time to find out what services I was looking for and then proceeded to pair me with who she felt would be able to accomplish what I was looking to have done. I was booked with Emily Robichaud and prior to my appointment she sent me a message to confirm this message included the services she would be providing she also was kind enough to give me an idea of the cost of the services so I would be prepared. When I arrived at the salon I noticed how clean and well kept it was. Emily immediately greeted me and was very warm and welcoming. She immediately got me in her chair. Even though she has spoken with Nikki about what I wanted done she took the time to go over it with me as well as getting my thoughts/opinion on some colors she had in mind. I felt was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect. Emily was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable almost like catching up with a friend. She also recommended products I could use for to maintain the color in my hair as long as possible. She definitely made me feel special and I will without hesitation return. “I showed up 5 minutes late, and took quite a bit to pick a color, so I felt bad personally that I inflicted past my appointment time BUT Lisa was so kind and made sure she was doing what I wanted despite the place filling with walk-ins and the next scheduled appointment. I didn’t feel rushed even though I could tell she was starting to get busy so I have to apologize for my *own* time blindness but the place is so clean and outstanding and the nails themselves are stunning. I got a full acrylic set with gel and a design <3 this was my first time back in 6 years (same people, new salon name to avoid confusion with other nail salon in the area) because I didn’t live close enough to revisit before now, and they’re so consistently awesome literal years later. I’ll be back again (on time)!“

“I went to see Amy a few days ago to fix up my hair after having the worst possible experience some where else. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. I came to her with red in my hair and a very dark brown and she lightened it beautifully. 10/10 recommend seeing her especially if you are trying to get back to blonde.
