I showed up 5 minutes late, and took quite a bit to pick a color, so I felt bad personally that I inflicted past my appointment time BUT Lisa was so kind and made sure she was doing what I wanted despite the place filling with walk-ins and the next scheduled appointment. I didn’t feel rushed even though I could tell she was starting to get busy so I have to apologize for my *own* time blindness but the place is so clean and outstanding and the nails themselves are stunning. I love going to Elegant Nails. The team is so friendly and always willing to help their customers feel welcome and comfortable. They all work really well together and are always laughing and enjoying each other. They are respectful as a team and towards their customers.

I feel like I am with friends each and every time I arrive. They welcome me with smiles and politeness. I love the effort they put into giving the clients what they want. Lisa is a great leader and Tommy always has a funny story to share. ?

I decided to try this nail salon since it's close to my house and open on Sunday's. I was very satisfied with my refill and gel polish. She was quick and was very detailed oriented. The price was similar to other salons. Just be aware, they do not accept credit cards on the weekend. Just be prepared with cash.
