The only reason why they have 2 stars is most of my stuff came back clean. I now have 10 tops I cannot wear. That is half of my summer wardrobe. One that was sentimental. I had 8 items come back stained with things that were reddish as well as grey, and 2 damaged as in holes and misshapen, creating a weird bubble effect.

One item was my Mom's who died a couple months ago. Delicate hang dry items that I pointed out, labeled the bag all over, and was told it would be handled appropriately came back stained and oddly mishappen and pulled in one spot. Worst service ever! They cleaned only half of the spot my dress had and argue the material was difficult to work. They kept it for a second try and there was not difference. They blamed my dress but if the could remove half of the stain (water) they could have done the other half too. They still wanted to charge my 16 dollars what I didn’t want to pay. She “accepted” 10 dollars or she said she will call the police. If you want to waste your money and get back your clothes still not clean go to Utopia. Felt like an utopia to get my dress properly done.

I had a pair of pants on which the seam at the crotch had unraveled. Utopia estimated $8 to repair. The repaired pants were ready at the appointed time, final cost was $8, and the repair is reinforced and well matched to the original stitching. I'm not in this shop often, but I have never been disappointed here for alterations and dry cleaning.
