This is a review for animal Reiki. We got our dog from a rescue in Texas, and a few months later discovered he had heartworms. The treatment for heartworms is tough on dogs (and humans!): it involves painful injections and months-long periods of isolation and low activity for the dog. Lisa treated our dog with Reiki throughout his treatment. Several of these sessions were in-person, and it was wonderful to see him relax and grow quiet under Lisa’s touch. I've had upper arm pain for almost a year now which no amount of yoga, weight-lifting, or total rest offered any relief or change. After my first session with Lisa the pain started to shift. After the 4th session I can say that the pain is almost entirely gone! In fact I probably don't even need to go again, but acupuncture helps with so much overall that I will continue to work with Lisa just to maintain a healthy state of well-being during this transition to the dark months. Lisa cultivates a calm, healing and peaceful energy and I look forward to my visits with her. I highly recommend Lisa for anything that ails you!
I’ve been seeing Lisa for a few months now and I could not recommend her enough. As someone who is not a fan of needles, I quickly became comfortable as Lisa is very understanding and works at your pace. I took an interest in acupuncture to resolve my plantar fasciitis. Not only has Lisa have been treating that, she also has helped me with issues from previous sport injuries and life stresses. She takes the time before every session to discuss how I’ve been feeling and what I would like to focus on. Lisa is very knowledgeable and I can honestly say that I’ve left each session feeling better than I went in. Thank you Lisa!
