I have been a member since 2017. Now, to be clear, I haven't gone every week or month or year, but when I do go, it is consistently the most welcoming gym I've ever been a part of. Trainers come and go, as is life, but Sweat Fixx always seem to attract trainers who are positive and encouraging. I came back this year after a long pause and used their personal training program. They offer 45-minute strength and cardio sessions that are short, effective, and perfect for busy moms. I initially tried this studio because it was conveniently located, and I ended up really liking it — so I plan to continue. As a beginner, I find the classes easy to follow and well-structured.
The studio is small and doesn’t have changing rooms, so plan accordingly.

Two years ago a friend and I decided to give Sweat Fixx a try, and neither of us have looked back. I now regularly attend Hiit Fixx and Row Fixx classes which are a great mix of rowing machine and mat work (legs, arms, core). I leave every class exhausted, but all of the instructors are great at keeping the class motivated while also stressing that folks should listen to their bodies and go at their own pace. This leads to a consistently welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I particularly appreciate this as I had never gone to a gym before and was a bit intimidated by the idea (and very out of shape).
