I had such a great experience working with Rachel and Adam at Perception Optical. I have an extremely high prescription and a small face so finding a frame that accommodates both is challenging. Not only did I find a frame I love but the lenses came back much thiner than I had anticipated. The lenses are top notch and I can now see so well! I'm just thrilled! I also saw the wonderful optometrist who works at their office. Two great finds. Thank you all so much!
I was so well taken care of. At the outset, Adam knew I was going to be a bit of a special case. As an aviator my requirements for perfect vision and non-polarized lenses is a challenge for any optician. Also, I needed to have glasses with a thin temple to not interfere with my headset.
From day 1, Adam took care of everything. Even after some 3rd party vendor issues thru the holidays. They really took such great care of me and I hope those who read this will use this as a glowing referral for excellent products, customer service and just overall devotion to satisfaction. 10/10!
