Had a wonderful experience here! All of the members were super friendly, and the instructor Jake was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Would recommend to anybody interested in physical fitness and combat sports!

In just a few short months I learned a ton about jiu jitsu at NESF. Everybody there is super welcoming and friendly, and I had a great time at every session. My favorite classes were learning No-Gi jiu jitsu with Dave and wrestling with Jake. It has been really fulfilling learning a martial art, it’s given me a lot more confidence and is a hobby I want to continue, so I definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested!!

Just try a class! I trained here for a few weeks while on holiday and the only negative was having to return home after. Although a visitor, I quickly didn’t feel like one. Everyone was welcoming, facility and atmosphere was fantastic and safe, teaching was top notch and they break down the techniques in easily understandable ways (even for my white belt brain). The coaches were also happy to offer advice or focus on techniques I needed to work on which I wasn’t expecting as a visitor.

Thank you so much to everyone for the rolls and techniques, hope to see you all again soon!
