There have been instances where clients were unable to receive advice from a veterinarian over the phone during emergencies, which led to disappointment. Despite this, the clinic is highly regarded by many for their excellent veterinary care.
I've been going to Mill Brook for the past 5+ years, through all the recent personnel changes, and one thing has always been true- they are caring, thorough, and thoughtful. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I might have, and I know they adore my pup and only want what's best for him. During his most recent procedures (which were fairly extensive), I never felt pressured to do more/less than what I thought was necessary after getting all the facts from Dr. P. and Dr. Suzanne. I also find it very helpful that they can do everything at this location- echos, ultrasounds, dental work, etc- it makes it very convenient!
Just wanted to say a special thanks to Dr. P. She was so sweet and helpful the other day, and was happy to take care of Molly at the last minute. I know that she is excited about all the new changes that are coming at Millbrook Animal Clinic and about it becoming more people friendly and available to the neighborhood, and I think she is definitely on the right track! Amazing humans who do their jobs with their whole hearts they were very comforting when I lost my cat suddenly they understood I needed to cry and they let me have time with him honestly I don’t know a better more loving place full of people who just get it
