While I don't have a lot of experience with dry cleaning, just the occasional dress every few months, I've always had a good experience using J&D Cleaners in Arlington - a mom and pop type business with a small storefront located right on Mass Ave. They always seem to be open every time I walk by, and there is ample parking. It's a little run down on the inside, but they do a good job. J&D also offers some of the lowest pricing in town, the staff/owners have always attended to me as soon as I walk through the door, and my dresses/suits come back looking clean.

I have been going to the dry cleaners for over 5 years. They always are friendly and the service is good. While I mostly go there for dry cleaning I have had a couple of pairs of pants altered as well as have them repair a triathlon suit were the stitching had become undone. The alterations and repairs were well done and reasonably priced. The owners are good hard working people.
