I have been to a few tattoo studios , and I haven’t say Jim at ink jam , went above and beyond for me I had to cancel a few times and instead of being mad , Jim was more accommodating, and once we set up a time that worked for me , I went in for my session , he laid out everything and explained in detail how the process would go. Then it was time for the chair , he was very personable and we shared in some mutual conversation, before I knew it I forgot I was getting work done , but Jim made sure I was comfortable and satisfied, he seem to really care about my needs . We LOVE Ink Jam! We've been getting tattoos done there for years. Jim the owner has done a few for us and his employees have done a few as well. Recently we went and Izzy did tattoos for me, my son and my husband! All amazing! Can't say enough about their attention to detail, customer service, etc.! We'll definiltey keep going there for our future tattoos as well.

It was such an amazing experience! I got my first tattoo ever here and came back for another two. i have and will continue to recommend this place to any and everyone!! Thank you Jim and the other staff for making this time amazing and special (i got a paw print of my pups who passed away)
