All technicians are different but mine made me feel very rushed. My nails were shaped lopsided, and they felt like they needed to be filed after i left, but my biggest pet peeve is the color process. When i looked at my nails (before final coat) and could see my nail thru the nail polish, i asked for another coat. The woman yelled at me and said only 3 coats. Ive NEVER experienced someone who cared more about the number of coats of polish over the end result. I will not be returning.

The staff was friendly but I felt rushed. She told me my nails were dry. The moment I walked out the door and put my hands in my pocket to get my keys, polish was smeared off. I walked back in and she was able to fix it but it was annoying. They also didn't last at all. Note, these are my real nails. I only had them cleaned up and painted. The first pic is right after I got them done and they looked great. The next pic is only 2 days later.

It took my technician over 2 hours to do a mani/pedi and during that she hurt me several times and unfortunately the result was not good. She hadn't been trained in how to use the Dremel tool to remove gel and kept hurting me with it; eventually another technician came over to show her how to do it. The gel manicure ended up having bubbles in it, and she effectively "glued" the underneath of my nails to my skin. To fix it she then damaged the end of the nails by filing over the gel, so there's no way the result is going to last for very long.
