I have been having my hair colored, cut, and styled by Joanna for years. And the owner of this new salon, Bill, has also styled my hair over the years. The entire staff are talented and professional. I cannot recommend them more highly. I am so happy for them as the embark on their new adventure, and wish them all much success.

I was on my way to Planet Fitness today and I noticed the salon across the parking lot that said walk-ins welcome. I have walked into many salons in the Andover/ Tewksbury area in the past four weeks. Either the salon was a dump (with hair on the floor) or the stylists looked like they were dressed for the laundry mat. Or stylist's hair looked like they had not bothered to go to a salon in 5 months (much like me). First Impressions count; none of these so-called professional people inspired me to trust them with my own hair disaster. Shockingly, the few salons that met my "outrageous" standards couldn't bother to acknowledge that a customer was in their lobby. This Salon was clean and prosperous and friendly and attentive and I immediately felt welcome. On purpose booked with the, obviously, "newest, youngest girl" because she was articulate and friendly (and could see me quickest) and offered an appointment with more experienced stylists including the owner; to whom she introduced me. On First Impressions - I have confidence I found a competent salon based on the young lady I spoke with and the easy, friendly, confident vibe I got from the Boss. No less than 6 salons lost my business due to poor first impressions. Their loss: despite appearances, I have money to spend on quality services rendered. Before and after pictures will be posted!

I went to William Roberts color group for color repair and Jenny did a fantastic job! I was so thankful. On my second visit Jenny gave me a wonderful haircut and did a great job on styling my hair. The style looked great all day, and the wedding was hours away on a humid day, you can't beat that. The shop is clean and professional.
