A new customer and I want able to be home when the technicians arrived but viewing from my surveillance videos, the 2 men went right to work spreading the fertilizer application. The mildly inclement weather didn't seem to hinder them and the courtesy they showed to my aging yet curious mother was exemplary.

Jaylan did a great follow up visit. He checked my whole yard and found the previous Rep had serviced the front and back, but not the parking strips. He completed the service for me and I appreciate his attention to the problem. The last guy did not announce himself, leave a yard sign, or leave the complete paperwork on my door so I thought the service wasn't done. Thank you Jaylan! 😊
