Working with Stoneside Blinds was amazing right from the start. My designer Michelle was fabulous. She showed up on time and had everything she needed to help me pick out Blinds that would enhance my decor. Once I made the decision of what I wanted, Michelle then took all the measurements. I had to make a change to my order, which was already placed, and Michelle was able to accommodated me no problem. I was kept informed every step of the way. Exceptionally professional and helpful install from William and Tommy. I appreciate their diligence to make Alexa work correctly and help me figure out the command isn’t “open and close” but “raise and lower” shades. Highly recommend!
Don't waste your time on local ladies who are too busy to help potential customers. Call Stoneside and get superior customer service, excellent pricing, and professional installation!After trying to track down 2 local window treatment companies - only to be told I couldn't get an in-home appointment for 2 weeks and that the fabric work houses close soon and I cannot get my new window treatments before Christmas, I Googled-out my frustration and found Stoneside!!!
