We just had our radon system recently installed and are very pleased with the outcome. The install only took a few hours and adjustments were made so that the system would run with very little noise since it had to be installed near our living room. All of our concerns were addressed by Jeff, who is very knowledgeable when it comes to radon. We highly recommend working Radon Diagnostics Services.
Just outstanding. Fred made the initial visit and we discussed placement of the system which we were both on the same page about. My radon levels were no where near very high but still just over the limit and we decided to proceed to install a mitigation system considering the plans to finish the basement. Jeff and (I wish I could remember his name) performed the installation and I could not be happier with the whole process. Jeff answered any questions, was extremely professional and informative. System is running great thus far and post mitigation results are good. Thank you all for the excellent service!!! I will make sure to recommend you to others.
I had a very good experience with Radon Diagnostic Services. They were recommended to me and they returned my call quickly, came out to take a look at my home beforehand, no silly or pushy sales tactics from them, they sent me a fair quote quickly, set up a time to do the radon mitigation install, showed up on time, and professionally, cleanly, and efficiently handled the install with no b.s. They care about their profession, customer service, were personable, seemed very experienced, the job came out well, and the system works perfectly. Thanks Guys!
