“This is truly the best physical and chiropractic therapy office I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk through the door, Don from front-office team welcomes you with big smiles, genuine kindness, and an incredibly organized and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, professional, hospitable, and clearly happy to be there.

I willingly drive 30 minutes each way because the personalized care is worth every mile. Every appointment includes meaningful one-on-one time, and I have never felt rushed. They listen carefully, explain what they are doing, tailor each session to my individual needs, and put real time and effort into helping me continue making progress. The time they spend with me each session is very long and grateful for that.

What makes this office different is the support I receive beyond each appointment. They provide practical exercises to complete at home, make sure I understand how to do them correctly, and help me feel confident about what I should work on between visits. The care is never pushy, generic, or impersonal. Everything feels thoughtful, individualized, encouraging, and genuinely focused on helping me.

Michael, Timothy, and every staff member who has worked with me have been exceptional. I am extremely grateful to everyone who has helped me.

It is rare to find an office that combines excellent care, individualized attention, outstanding organization, and such genuinely kind people. Thank you for making every visit such a positive experience. I could not recommend this team more highly.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been struggling with migraines and shoulder/ neck pain for almost 10 years. I’ve been to 7 specialists and have never gotten any answers. With only one session, Dylan had already provided some relief. I’ve been going for a few weeks now and it’s the first time I’ve felt hopeful and had REAL answers. I will not stop coming here any time soon and I highly recommend booking an appointment.”

“I will start with this. Dr. Messinger and team are great! Back over a year ago i started getting worse and worse with my lower back S1 joint issues. I'm 33 and a foreman of installing high end outdoors living spaces. Concrete stone wall block and pavers is what I deal with on a daily most days. It was to the point where I couldn't work and tried collecting workers comp. and was pretty nerve racking not knowing if I was going to be able to do what I knew best for a living anymore... scary stuff right.. Dr. Messinger and team fix me up in a matter of a few weeks I was able to go back to work with baby steps light duty and more just there for quality control. To where I am now a season of work later feeling like the injury never happened. I trusted the process of his plan for me and man I'm just happy to say my back is in good health and i will continue my once a month visit for my maintenance. Thank you Mark and team for keeping this guy moving!”

“I couldn’t say enough positive things about PTC. We started in the Manchester office and loved our team so much we followed them. Kelsey, Meaghan, Emily, and Alex are such wonderful therapists and we are so lucky to have them in our village. Even though our son has graduated PT, Meaghan still follows up with us and checks in with him before or after sessions just to see if there’s anything she can help with, and to make sure he’s still set up for success. Our boy couldn’t even jump up with two feet and her hard work and expertise had him exceeding all his milestones during the last PT evaluation. Kelsey has attended countless IEP meetings with us, has answered emails with tons of our questions, has made herself available to us for any and all meetings we need her guidance or wisdom on, and continues to strengthen our sons speech and articulation, where we came to her borderline nonverbal. She is SO educated and really sets the bar high for all the students she takes under her wing. Alex and Emily are so patient and knowledgeable with our sons sensory needs, and has also attended meetings with the school to help bridge the gap between fine motor skills being the focus in a public school setting, and offers insight on things that can be done in a classroom setting to help keep him regulated and ready to attend to his work. Emily and Alex’s have helped our son learn how to draw shapes, and letters and has worked so hard on getting him to legibly write his name. There are not many outpatient services for children with special needs or who need some extra help mastering speech, or other skills, but PTC picks up the slack with their top notch facilities. So proud to be a PTC family!”
