We have had Ferris do several large jobs for us and one emergency service. The first thing to know is that they do NOT gouge on prices after a storm — which is a stark contrast to other firms. Second, Dan is incredibly responsive and communicative. No waiting around for answers or estimates. Third, they don’t upsell you. They say: “you should do this and this/ this can wait. “. Fourth, they clean up EVERYTHING. They rake up chips, pick up every tiny branch, blow the lawn free of chips. We had several tree branches coming over our house & roof that needed to be cut. Dan & his team arrived on time the day the cutting was scheduled. The work they did was nothing short of 5 stars. Great attention & care was taken to cut all the big branches neatly & symmetrically. Dan has been professional, responsive & he along with his team made sure the place was cleaned up well, before the crew & the machinery were off our property, not to forget all the care they took when they got in all the equipment on the property.
