We recently had our house painted by Certa Pro painters of Andover MA. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Calib provided us with an initial estimate and returned several times as we considered other options for color and trim variations. The price was reasonable, and we appreciated the willingness to re-quote as we considered other options. Before the work started, we were added to a group chat where we could ask questions or make comments that would go to Calib and the job foreman, Alfonso, so that we could have timely communications without concern that we were addressing the wrong person. We used this multiple times while the job was progressing. The job started as scheduled. They did a thorough job of power washing our house which revealed the need for more wood replacement than we anticipated, but that was good as we were able to get these areas addressed with wood replacement before being painted. Alfonso was the job foreman. He was mostly on site while the work was being done, and when he was not, the common chat made him quickly accessible. He did a good job of listening to my concerns and requests and making sure that they were addressed. Calib also visited the site multiple times during the job to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. The lead painter was very thorough and even went over some areas a second time at my request. The painters cleaned up every day and kept the area clean of paint chips etc. from the preparation.
We had a new roof installed just prior to the painting and our house is such that there are multiple areas which require the painters to get on the roof to paint. They were careful with the ladders on the new roof and did not spill or splatter paint on it.
Because of our house and roof configuration, I expect our job was a bit more challenging than most, but they did an excellent job.
I highly recommend them.

They did a great job. Very professional from initial visit for quote, communication on start of the job, communication through tour project, communication and making sure we were happy with the finished project. Prices were in line with the other quotes I received and the deciding factor for me were the great reviews.
I’d recommend cert pro to any of my neighbors.
We are a repeat customer for this business. Called them back as we were super happy with their prior work back in 2017.
The new owner Jonathon met with us to go over the details of the project. He was very professional and knowledgeable, asked us questions to make sure we were on the same page regarding the scope. He gave us the estimate before he left and set up the appointment to do the job within 2 business days.
His crew of 3 came in at the appointed day and time, went over the scope with us again, and we were glad to see that the details were communicated correctly to the crew. They were courteous and professional, and got the work done in the promised time.
