I live in Palmer and I still find myself going to this laundromat, customer service is amazing. the temperature inside is always controlled. it's not too hot, not too cold, it has a lot of seating so when I do have to do paperwork during my washing and drying it's very easy. I probably drive by 10 laundromats to get there but I always end up here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been a customer for over a year, this place has been my go to. Now under new ownership, this place has undergone many upgrades. Colin (Owner) is a true gentleman and professional and really cares about his customers. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone who is looking for a decent place to wash clothes and relax in the lounge area. Plenty of machines and parking as well.
Hard to say anything it's exactly special about a Laundromat. However, clean, functioning machines, plenty of baskets. Soap, drinks & snacks available.
Credit cards for machines.
The lounge area is severely deteriorated. Otherwise, it works.
