I Recently switched to Surner Heating Company, Inc. I was impressed right from the start. Hours after my first call, Annette was at my house. Annette was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She went out of her way to get me switched over quickly as I was very low on propane and cold temps were coming. Annette got me a great deal and even called me after hours to keep me updated, Annette and Anne worked together to get my tanks delivered with propane as soon as possible. My tanks arrived a few days later on a Holiday. The two gentlemen that delivered my tanks were on time and had the same friendly and professional attitude. They not only swapped out my tanks but also found a propane leak at my furnace! I had my furnace repaired two weeks earlier by a different company. They proceeded to fix my leak and all on a holiday no less. A 100% improvement over my last company and with better propane prices. Thanks for a stress-free switch over.
