while I was satisfied with their Exterior paint job in May 2024, The decking after the winter was obviously not done correctly and I reached out to see about having them redo it. Dido. the owner, stopped by and committed to redoing the deck at no charge. Since then, after numerous phone calls for months to both his mobile and the office number and email, It is obvious that they are ghosting me. I would not recommend their work. From other reviews, I’ve read others have had the same experience.

I used this company as he had been recommended by a friend and the work he did painting the outside of her house in 2011 was still in quite good shape. He agreed to do the job painting our house and we signed a contract with a large deposit. This was followed by various excuses and cancellations and it was finally completed 51/2 months later in 2021. Communication was difficult during this period with not answering phone calls and yet more excuses. This spring we contacted him as some of the paint was beginning to bubble. He is not returning phone calls and made arrangements to come but never turned up. Do not trust this company.

We hired Etinde to paint our house and they did a good job. But we noticed some trouble spots with blistering paint soon after the job was completed.They say they will have someone come back and fix them up, but it has taken over 4 months of continuous outreach and they still have not come to fix the job. I'm sure they'll get here to fix it eventually but at this point Etinde would not be my recommendation.Service: Exterior painting
