“It took me far too long to write this review and I feel bad about that! I started lessons in December of last year and passed my road exam just a few weeks ago. My lessons were scattered because I wanted to stick with the same instructors and I’m so glad I did. I have had anxiety about driving for over 10 years, due to a bad experience behind the wheel (not an accident). I didn’t think I would ever drive again but the time had come where it was a necessity and I couldn’t avoid it anymore, especially living here. My instructors, Joe B & Jack, were so incredibly kind, patient, understanding and supportive. They gave me confidence I didn’t know I had or could ever have. Even when I stumbled because of another instructor, a different Joe, who set me back many paces mentally and hurt my confidence; they got me back up to where I needed to be. They could see my progress and how hard I was trying and I am SO incredibly grateful for their support. I seriously could not have done this without Joe B & Jack. I don’t know if they’ll ever see this, but THANK YOU. I cannot recommend Falls and those particular instructors enough. I also have to mention the office staff was incredibly kind as well, especially when I asked to not be assigned lessons with the other Joe again. That type of care and consideration did not go unnoticed or without appreciation.
