I really liked the owner, so it's hard for me to write this, but this is the first time I've gotten my clothes back from a dry cleaner and they smelled worse than they did when I dropped them off. I'm not sure what happened, but I will not be coming back here

Yes, they’re nice, but they’re not going to get your clothes cleaned. I brought two items here on separate occasions. When I went to pick up the first item, all the stains were still there. They apologized and said they’d try again. It took a month, but the item was finally cleaned. The second item was a white wool dress, with just some wear stains around the collar and arm holes. The first time I went to pick it up, the dress had new stains on the front and back, which looked like squished bugs smeared over the fabric. They again apologized and offered to do it over. This place is a joke. I live across the street, brought a dress in for a wedding in which I told them I was the maid of honor and NEEDED the dress by a certain day. They had over a week to hem it a few inches and take the bust in less than an inch. I showed up the day I was told to, they couldn't find the dress and made me go behind the counter to look myself. Once I finally found it, the safety pins were all still in and nothing was done. They hadn't even touched it. I was obviously upset, they didn't offer a discount at all, and it was already pricey for a hem job, but I was desperate.
