made appointment 4 months ago, went in to be told that they weren't able to take my appointment because they scheduled me for the wrong time from what I was told thru the phone and the voice mail.

Absolutely awful. No one calls you back or cares that your family may be sick. If there was a negative star I would leave it. This used to be a decent facility, and now it is only a place of greed. Hopefully they go under.

You cant get a appointment for 6 month minimum. Physical almost a year. Mamo 10 months.I called for a sick visit for possible strep throat. They said "we can see you in 2 weeks"I'd be dead by then.Forget calling, you will be on hold close to 1 hour.After closing the Westfield office things went downhill fast! Lost all of thier good Dr's
