I got turned down by 5 other hardware stores, standing around for 10-20 minutes while they checked their blank keys and said they can't copy mine. What a waste of time, so frustrating. Walked in here, the guy takes one glance at it, pulls a blank off of the hundreds of different kinds they have without even thinking, makes the new one in maybe 20 seconds, and had me on my way, at a very cheap price. great place, they obviously know their stuff

I called Serv-U first. Because, that is all you see, unless you've lived in Agawam. They were not helpful, or courteous. I called Rackliffe, and they said that they could have a key made for a toolbox lock, without an existing key in the morning. I picked up the key with the lock in hand. I tried the key and it worked perfectly. I recommend calling Rackliffe first.

I had a relatively small job where I needed a security box opened. The comination no longer worked, I had lost the key years ago, and I needed the documents inside ASAP. The folks at Rackliffe were sensational. I was so impressed with the friendly and competent way they handled my issue. This may be one of the last places on earth where the customer really is important! The cost was far less than I feared! Any future security needs I have, I'll definitely go here.
