Once I started the BrainTap system with Dr. Banks, I noticed that it didn’t take me as long to start to fall asleep. I used to struggle falling asleep on my own because my mind was always racing. It was always difficult to get into the resting state. While using the sleep reset, I found myself falling asleep faster. The product will rewire the brain and helped with sleep cycles
I have to say that the issue that brought me to Neurologic Optimal Wellness Physical Therapy has greatly improved thanks to Dr. Katrina and Dr. Lilia. They have both helped me so much, with taking care of my main issue and in helping with my balance issues. I was given a program to follow at home with several exercises that were shown to me in my weekly sessions. Thank you once again to Dr. Katrina and Dr. Lilia.
Dr. Banks has helped me make great strides in recovering from the stroke I had in mid-August which left me temporarily paralyzed on my right side. Her "train the brain" approach has allowed me to begin walking again with the aid of a walker and to regain use of my right arm. I have no doubt that with her assistance, I will be walking without the aid of a walker or a cane soon! I look forward to my 3x weekly sessions with her as she has a professional yet friendly approach to what she does, which keeps me motivated to get back to normal.
