Dana did an excellent job today! Got the carpets clean and smelling fantastic! We have used Longo Carpet Cleaning for many years and would absolutely recommend them for both residential and commercial projects!
Jason and Dylan cleaned 3 large area rugs and two large sofa frames. They helped us decide to take the 9 sofa cushions and 5 smaller area rugs to the shop in our own truck, saving us some pick up and delivery fees. We were concerned that that we would not have the cushions back for 10 days! Jason and Dylan promised if we had the cushions at the shop by 3 PM, they would stay later that evening, after a full day of work!, and clean our cushions. If dry, we could pick the cushions up the next day! Sure enough, they called us the next day and we picked up the cushions. Jason and Dylan arrived on time (in fact early), they immediately got straight to work.
The carpets look 100% better than when Longo arrived. Very happy with the service.
