Dishwasher was making a lot of extra noise… and then was suddenly silent… on a Friday night… lol. I called Family Appliance on Monday after doing a ton of dishes. I had an idea what was wrong, but they sent Dave over as soon as they could to confirm and professionally diagnose my problem. He confirmed we would need to order a particular pump and that it would be resolved by early the next week. While I was hoping for a faster resolution… I get it.
5 stars are for… once the part was in, Dave was over on a federal holiday and quickly, professionally, and kindly got my dishwasher out of the cabinetry, fixed, and placed back in… in roughly one hour, without leaving a single trace that he was ever there.
Well done! Family appliance is my first call whenever any of my appliances are acting funny.

My oven went out on me over the weekend. I called on Monday and Katie was super nice. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday (could have been sooner however I had work). I wasn't expecting to get an appointment for at least a week!
Today (Thursday) Brennan was right on time. Though I wasn't home my son was. Brennan called me told me the issue (bad igniter). He had a part in his van and fixed it right away. I was honestly so surprised as like with car mechanics, though I would have to wait weeks for a part and I was stressing if my oven would be fixed for Thanksgiving.
It was diagnosed and fixed in 45 minutes 🤩
Great service and speed. They are now programmed in my phone 😁 Highly recommend.

Our washing machine broke and it was full of water. Chris came out, and was a huge help. A kid's sock clogged it and broke a piece. He cleared out the water and replaced the part quickly. He also told me about Affresh tabs to keep the washer clean. Now I'll be washing kids socks in a mesh bag.

I had an 8AM appointment. The technician arrived at 8AM. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and gave me options for the next step. He was respectful and considerate of my home. The second visit, once parts were procured, was similar in quality. I see nothing to improve.

They don't let you know there's a $129 service charge for coming out. The technician, Chris, only read the Bosch microwave's model number & year of manufacture, asked me to connect him to my wifi so he could go online and look for the part needed. He told me that Bosch stopped producing that model, hence the parts are not available. He said I need to replace the microwave. He then told me the service charge is $129. I said I wasn't told about that. He rudely asked me whether I'm paying or not. I was surprised by his rude response. I just gave him my card, paid and told him to leave. I can't recommend this company to anyone!
