I have used this company for years and I could not be more satisfied. Brenda and Lisa are always there going above and beyond to make sure everybody is comfortable safe. They're more than thoughtful. They make you feel like family. Thank you for all you do.

We have had amazing service from Osterman Propane. We received outstanding customer service from the the servicemen doing installation and delivery as well as the women at the Osterman office. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Osterman Propane has been courteous and efficient throughout our relationship with them, but this past week they really came through for us. With the frigid temps our tank was depleted to around 16%, and on the day of the expected delivery we were also due for a heavy snowfall beginning in the morning. I spoke with Brenda to get an early am delivery before the driveway became unnavigable, and in short she was fabulous. She asked the manager (sorry, I did not get his name) to set it up, and also promised to call me the first thing in the morning to confirm.
