John had the idea to use masonry veneer panels over the existing concrete wall vs replacing the wall and starting from scratch. The end result is even better than we imagined. The team really does take pride in their work and it shows. They kept the work area very neat and organized and communicated with us every step of the way. “We hired MWA to design a patio and landscape plan for a new pool addition. While we knew where the pool would go and had a rough vision for a replacement retaining wall and outdoor fireplace we left the design up to Mike and we could not be happier with the result. He navigated a challenging elevation and a yard that required landscape privacy as it was wide open to the next door neighbors. The patio looks better than we could have imagined, as does the retaining wall and new landscape beds. He designed beds to complement the pool area while also adding privacy using a number of different bushes and trees and re purposed boulders dug from the project to add design elements. We trusted Mikes vision and experience and he absolutely did not disappoint. We would highly recommend Mike and his team. Lastly, in a time where pricing and materials have been inflated and inconsistent he was extremely fair. His part of the project was the only one that stayed on budget.“
