“We once again contracted Property One to install a new walkway to a recently rebuilt front porch. Additionally , they took out old railroad ties that were edging our driveway and replaced with cobble stones. They were responsive and quick to get the job completed. Their attention to detail is fantastic. They always do outstanding work and would gladly reach out to them if I need additional work!”
“I met with quite a few companies about my patio project. Mike was the only person who mentioned the safety of the layout which is extremely important with two young children. Once the project started, Jessie was incredible. He showed up everyday with a smile and great attitude. He never had a negative thing to say which is impressive when someone is working outside in a heatwave. He essentially became a member of our family for the duration of the project and my kids still ask if he's going to come over weeks later. His attention to detail, warmth to my children and collaboration was the best I've ever experienced with contractors. If you have the pleasure of working with this team, they will make sure you are taken care of.”
“Outstanding work and price. The team removed some very large trees from my property that were not easy to access. On request, they left the woodchips behind for me to use around the yard saving me further. Baldi is great to work with. Good communication, hard working and fast. Definitely keeping them handy in the future.”
