I was a client already for massage therapy, like anyone in this time I have a lot going on and also a lot of unresolved trauma. One day I was scrolling through instagram Ana Paula page came up and I went to go take a look and see what was it about.
First of all Ana Paula is a very calm and positive energy person, as soon as I walked into our session I felt save and understood. During our session we had beautiful release moments and she also introduce me to taping therapy which I love and use during hard times. I have learned so much how to keep my self calm and how to navigate through my emotions. The owner Joanne is supper friendly. I came in for a color correction. So Joanne can fix someone’s job. As Joanne never worked on my hair before.. I told her my vision, and she went above and beyond.. Joanne did my hair Amazing. I fell in love with Joanne’s work. Not only is she the best, but she has amazing prices.. Did amazing explaining everything before she did it. Definitely found my new hair stylist !!! ❤️

If you are thinking about making an appointment do yourself the biggest favor and book right now! ? This was hands down one of the best massages I've had in a very long time. Ana was absolutely amazing and just overall a very sweet, caring therapist. I didn't feel rushed or like she was just "doing her job" to get me out of the way. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I left not only feeling better physically but mentally as well. 10/10 will be recommending to all of my friends and family!
Sadie does an amazing job at her salon. It's a modern, relaxing and comfortable space. I love going there to relax and I always come out feeling amazing. Sadie is on point every time! She looks at my inspiration photos and executes in a way that she knows will look the best. She's incredible!
